Safety should be a top priority on every job site, regardless of the size, location, etc. You may have heard of "JSA's" and wondered what they are, and why there is another form for employees to fill out. The purpose of a JSA (job safety analysis) in the construction industry is to acknowledge safety hazards and eliminate or minimize them before the job is performed and before the hazard can have an impact on the workforce.
