With the start of a new year - the team here at Spectrum has reviewed, edited, and built upon our values and promises as a company, to our employees, and to our valued customers. Over this year we will share with you a few of our values and promises, the reasons for these, and our goals behind them.

Spectrum Electrical Services, Inc. was founded as a one man, one truck business but has since been built into the dynamic company it is today with many employees of varying skill sets, all creating our SES team. When the managment here at Spectrum interviews and looks into hiring new employees for any position, we look at a few core values, majorly being the ability to work with others as a team. All SES employees must have a desire to work above and beyond under the Spectrum name, as they are each a face of our company. As a team here at Spectrum Electrical Services, Inc. we cultivate development and growth in the industry, respect and integrity in the workplace, as well as diligence, clean workmanship, and care on project sites. We all strive to work together, understanding and acknowledging the fact that together bigger and better things can be accomplished.
