Here at Spectrum Electrical Services, Inc. we believe in community over competition which is why we share with our clients other industry affiliates who we enjoy working with because of their similar views and goals, knowing they do their best to serve us and our clients with the best services and products in the industry.

Emerging in the early 1920’s as Francis J. Boland Inc. and in the late 1900’s after multiple name changes evolving to Boland’s Excavating & Topsoil Inc., is a fourth and fifth generation of the enthusiastic Boland family serving the local construction industry.  Starting with residential projects, Boland’s has now expanded into commercial restoration and excavation, town storm water and utility projects, contaminated soil removal and the latest school and airport work. Spectrum has had the privilege to work on a big project at SUNY Binghamton with Boland’s and look forward to many more project opportunities.
