Welcome Wednesday - Joe O.

Here at Spectrum we do "welcome Wednesdays" where we introduce one of our employees for the community to get to know a little bit, this way you know who may be showing up to your project. 

This week's "welcome Wednesday" employee is Apprentice, Joe Owens. After being homeschooled along with his other eight siblings, and graduating highschool, Joe attended Word of Life Bible Institute for a year, before returning back to his hometown where he continued his entrepreneurial business manufacturing hard-wood stakes. Realizing he had a desire to obtain a career path, Joe applied for the apprenticeship program through the local union, where he was accepted, and is now studying to obtain his journeyman title. Outside of work Joe enjoys hunting, playing ice hockey and riding ATV's. When asked his favorite part of the electrical industry and working for Spectrum he responded, "I enjoy working with other guys who are also learning and mastering the trade." Fun fact about Joe: he LOVES Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in any way, shape and form!
